We are all capable of lifelong learning: it isn’t something we do only in our younger years. When we monotask learning, we encounter one of the most invigorating parts of being human—making new cognitive and emotional connections.

Why is learning one of the 12 monotasks?

We can all learn something new everyday. Learning is fundamental to making our way through the world, achieving our goals at work, and being happy in our personal lives.
