If you’ve been to a live concert or on a nature hike in recent years, it seems like everyone has their phone out taking pictures constantly. Full disclosure: I took the photo on this page at a concert at Red Rocks. I’m not saying to never take photos, but to be aware of when you are monotasking and when you are multitasking!

What if we were to just experience what we see through our eyes instead of trying to get the perfect Instagram shot all the time?

Our eyes are how we experience most of the world. If we can monotask seeing, we can better manage and understand what we take in everyday.
