Spotify Playlist for Monotasking Thinking

In The Twelve Monotasks, I describe how to separate all of your tasks until you have one primary task left such as playing, walking, or thinking.

Once you have experienced monotasking and what it feels like to do one thing at a time, you can selectively and consciously decide to layer on a background task… if it helps you with your primary task. A lot of the time, we mindlessly multitask because technology makes it easy, or it has become a habit. As an alternative, we can actively decide to monotask or monotask with a background task and this will lead to greater productivity, less stress, and more fun.

I love this playlist I created for Monotasking Thinking. I often play it in the background while I write.
