Why Do We Multitask?

If monotasking is so great for us, why do we multitask so often?

In this short video, I explore some of the reasons why we multitask habitually.

We have gotten so used to multitasking that is often hard to stop. To be honest, there are also many elements of multitasking that are easy, mindless, and pleasurable.

But just because we can do something does not mean that we should. We can reclaim our attention, rebuild our focus, and put them to work on living a happier, less stressful, and more productive life.
